Lately l have been feeling so unproductive not in the sense of not doing anything but the percentage execution ,which is the question am always asking how can l do more ? So am taking some notes and reflecting to make sure l notice the weak points where l move and where l stop its like a battle you are all by yourself and constantly looking for the person who is firing at you.

Growing up was a great time for all of us we easily remember the good old days but once we look at where we are or where we are going we quickly turn our heads off.Same here used be very sharp , naughty and optimistic but today l asked my self was l optimistic or just vulnerable? But either ways after a few punches from the world just realised the old childish optimism doesn't work anymore

So What works ? What’s next ? What should l/you do ?.l don't know . We are all in our paths fighting battles noone knows about.In the past days these are some actions l have been finding useful:

3. Thinking

4. Journaling
