Hello friends!
Before this week’s newsletter, I just want to talk about an app I’m working on to help you store and retrieve your important links and notes. It’s like your second digital brain for all your links and notes. You can check it out here👇
Let’s dive in.
I was thinking—what would happen if I kept on going? If I pulled through with the right mindset every day? And I thought to myself, which ideas would be important for me to develop that character? So I wrote down some big lessons I’ve taken from great people like John Maxwell.
I. Failure = Success
Yes, and it’s true—success and failure must be treated the same.
Why would we separate them? They are simply results—outputs of the work we have done. Each one represents a piece of work that we did, but the outcome is unknown for each input.
When you treat failure and success the same, you don’t live a life of ups and downs because you’re not focused on just winning—you’re focused on growth.
Growth > Winning
II. Obstacles Are a Way to Heaven
Yes, the obstacle is the way. When we hit walls, most of the time we wish the road was easier or turn to blame ourselves.
Is that the right way to act?
No. Obstacles are not a reflection of our character—they are puzzles to be solved. We should approach them with a growth mindset rather than a fixed mindset.
🚫 What is my problem here?
✅ How can I solve this problem?
You are not the problem. The only thing needed is to go into the adventure and seek the solution. As the Bible says:
Matthew 7:7-8: "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you."
You are not meant to judge yourself, quit, or complain. Ask for the answer, seek the answer, and it shall be given unto you.
(A little bit of KJV there. 😊)
III. Thinking in Decades
As a young, first-time founder, I’ve tried a lot of things—and many of them didn’t work out. One big reason? I was thinking short-term.
But one thing I’m trying to do now is think in decades.
What does the future look like 5+ years from now?
What small actions can I take today to move toward that vision?
This takes away the pressure of having to achieve everything now. It also gives you a broader perspective on what you’re trying to do.
Most of the time, when we spread our problems over a long period, they become easier to solve. But we often try to do everything at once, and that’s what overwhelms us.
Which brings us to the next idea...
IV. The Power of Now
What can you do now that will make a difference tomorrow?
It doesn’t have to be something big that’s going to blow up on the internet—just one small thing.
Lock in and do that one thing. If you’re like me and have big goals and ideas, it’s easy to procrastinate because your mind is filled with huge chunks of work.
But now is the time to take that next step—and do it with all your might and power.
Believe me, most things in life compound.
And if you don’t give up, you will get to experience the wonder of resilience.

We are on issue #3 on the series - Mediocrity is the silent killer:
To achieve all the dreams, we need to wake up with the right mindset every day and maintain the best mindset during the week. The right mindset can make a big difference in a week and consequently in a year.
